Yes we do training.

One of the things I have been hearing from people is the frustration they have with some of the software and hardware they use.  They know they can get more out of them, but find learning all the features of the product very confusing. Most people do not have the time to read a manual from cover to cover and finding a specific answer can be a challenge particularly if you are not sure what to look for.

Over my 20 years in technology, I have observed the best ‘bang for the buck” can come from one on one training, either physically or via a remote connection. By focusing directly on the issues one can learn quite a bit in the hour or two the training is done.

I am now pleased to officially offer training for your PC or Mac.  Whether it is for a particular application or just a number of more general questions. I can help you get the most out of your system.  The small investment you make in training will more then pay itself back in increased productivity.

Training can be done in the comfort of your home or office or we can do it remotely. For the remote option it is best if you have Skype and I will send you a link to a software program that is run to let me see your computer screen. After we are finished the program automatically removes itself from your computer. In this way you can show me exactly what the issues are.  This is the same technology I use for remote support calls.

Training is available at $25 per hour or you can purchase a 4 hour bundle for $90.
